Champlain Small Company Fund

The Champlain Small Company Fund is available in two share classes: “Advisor” Shares and “Institutional” Shares. The “Advisor” Shares require a $10,000 minimum initial investment and the “Institutional” Shares have a minimum initial investment of $1 million.
The minimum investment for advisor shares held in an IRA is $3000.
* The Adviser has contractually agreed to reduce fees and reimburse expenses in order to keep the Total Annual Fund Operating Expenses from exceeding 1.30% until November 30, 2017. The Fund is currently running at or under the contractual cap.
*The Advisor has contractually agreed to waive fees and reimburse expenses until November 30, 2017. In the absence of current fee waivers, performance would be reduced.
