Joe brings over 20 years of experience focused on project management, business analysis, quality assurance, and the agile software development methodology to his role at the firm. Prior to joining Champlain in 2024, Joe was a Business System Engineer at BAYADA Home Health Care, leading the requirements and testing efforts for a variety of applications that touched all phases of the healthcare lifecycle, from a point of care HIPAA compliant mobile app to downstream visit verification and billing. Prior to BAYADA, Joe was a Business Analyst/Project Manager at The Baupost Group and Grantham, Mayo, Van Otterloo.
Joe graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems.
