Champlain Small Cap strategy may invest in stocks of small and, to a lesser extent, medium sized companies. The portfolio is comprised of companies that we believe have attractive long-term fundamentals, appreciation potential, and valuations. The strategy consists of 65 to 100 common stocks from the Russell 2000, S&P SmallCap 600, and S&P MidCap 400. The strategy is closed to new investors.

The Champlain Small Cap Collective Fund is available only to qualified retirement plans, including defined contribution, defined benefit, 401(k), Taft-Hartley and public plans. As a bank collective trust, the Champlain Investment Partners Collective Investment Trust is exempt from registration as an investment company. The Champlain Investment Partners Collective Investment Trust is managed by SEI Trust Company, the trustee, based on the investment advice of Champlain Investment Partners, LLC the investment adviser to the trust.

SEI Trust Company (the “Trustee”) serves as the Trustee of the Fund and maintains ultimate fiduciary authority over the management of, and the investments made, in the Fund. The Fund is part of a Collective Investment Trust (the “Trust”) operated by the Trustee. The Trustee is a trust company organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and wholly owned subsidiary of SEI Investments Company (SEI).
