Eric P. Ode

Eric has more than 8 years of financial services experience. Eric joined Champlain as an intern in 2012 and was hired to his current role in 2014. Prior to joining Champlain, Eric was a vice president at Great Hill Partners where he was responsible for originating and evaluating investment opportunities in the business and financial services sectors. He also spent time as a corporate private equity associate at The Carlyle Group where he evaluated investment opportunities and worked with portfolio companies in the aerospace, defense and government services sectors. Prior to his time at The Carlyle Group, Eric worked at Credit Suisse as an investment banking analyst in the financial sponsors group.

Eric received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Harvard University and earned his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Joseph Wharton Fellow. Eric currently serves on the Finance Committee of the King Street Center’s Board of Directors.
