Luke brings over 15 years of professional experience to his role at the firm. Prior to joining Champlain full time in 2024, Luke worked as an intern at Champlain supporting projects for the operations team and sustainability initiatives. Prior to this, Luke spent ten years in various management roles in the live music industry for notable global touring artists. Prior to that, he worked as an engineer analyst and operations manager for an energy transmission consulting firm.
Luke graduated with a dual degree, earning a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Vermont and a Bachelor of Arts in Engineering from Saint Michael’s College, where he also minored in Mathematics. He earned his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Vermont’s Sustainable Innovation MBA program.
